The Loyal Dog strives to bring you unique quality products with the best pricing. Our prices are subject to change without
advance notice. All prices listed are in US currency.
Sales Tax
Michigan residents are taxed 6.0%. No tax will be charged for orders shipped out of Michigan.
Domestic Shipping
Our standard method of shipping within the continental United States is USPS Priority Mail and FedEx. You can expect your
order to arrive within 2 - 5 business days from the shipping date. Expedited/overnight shipping is available upon request and
is based on the weight of your order and selected shipping method. Additional fees apply to multiple shipping destinations
and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
All in stock products will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order. Any products shipped directly from our
vendors, large items such as beds, or back orders may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. We will notify you by email of any back
orders or delays in shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy
* Please contact The Loyal Dog toll free at 1-866-363-8360 within 10 business days of receiving item.
* All returned/exchanged items require a Return Authorization. Any merchandise returned without a Return Authorization is
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
* Returns must be made within 15 business days of receipt of item.
* Returned merchandise must be in its original box or packaging and in its original and unused resaleable condition
(including original box, bags or tags).
* Please note the following items are not refundable: used items, food, treats, samples, dog beds and furniture, dog bowls,
diners and feeders, clearance items, personalized items, special orders and shipping.
* Credit will be issued after the returned items are inspected and return requirements are met. Returned items will be
credited less the shipping cost. The Loyal Dog is not responsible for return shipping charges.
